When two aunts, cousins and close family friends are all in the Real Estate business, you’re hard pressed to stay away. But as everyone knows, no one individual can survive and thrive in such a competitive business without their own we defined set of skills.
For John Mazziotta, those skills include a strong work ethic, an unwavering dedication to his clients, a positive outlook and a caring demeanor. All of these combined make him a leading Real Estate Broker at Re/Max Olson Estates.
“At the end of the day, my clients really know I care,” John said. “I always answer any questions, I’m always upbeat and trying to solve problems and I’m always reachable. This is not a nine-to-five job for me.”
Though his chosen profession can often mean long hours, they are enjoyable ones for John, who counts the personal nature of the business amongst his favorite aspects.
“I really like people and when the opportunity arose for me to work in a business that is so people oriented, it was pretty hard to stay away,” he said. “I really enjoy the different people I get to work with. You establish so many relationships during a 30 to 90 day process, and you are potentially making a huge difference in someone’s life. I love the process of selling homes but I also appreciate that at the end of the day, I am helping someone and that feels great.”
No in his sixteenth year in Real Estate, John joined Re/Max Olson in 2005 where he combined his experience and expertise with the company’s strong management and superior educational foundation – a partnership that has benefited for both parties equally.
“They have systems that are beneficial to my clients and it is very motivating to work here,” John said. “It’s a great fit!”
Part of John’s success is due to his intimate knowledge of the local area. Born and raised in Los Angeles, John is an educated Real Estate source who can counsel his clients on specific neighborhoods and prevailing market conditions.
“I pride myself in being an expert so my clients always know I have their best interests at heart,” he said.
Whether his clients are listing a property or looking to purchase something new, John employs the tools to make each deal as easy and seamless as possible.
“When I list a home, I use an extensive marketing plan and my negotiating skills ensure my clients will get the most money possible and the best deal.”
Real Estate may just be a job to some agents, but John has clearly become an expert in his own profession and it’s more than just s job to him.
